Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Orders ship out 1-5 days after reciept depending on items ordered (larger prints take longer to dry and take longer to produce).

Q: What type of shipping do you use?
A: I generally ship orders out via USPS First Class Mail. Expect your order to arrive in a mailing tube for larger prints/flat ridged mailer for smaller prints/ soft mailer for cloth goods.

Q: I am unsatisfied with my order do you offer returns?
A: Yes, I will accept returns. Buyer is responsible for shipping items back in undamaged condition. When I recieve the items in undamaged condition I will refund you the cost of the items minus shipping.

Q: My item was lost/stolen in the mail, can you help?
A: Please email me with your order number, and explanation. I will not be responsible for any order lost due to customer inputting incorrect address info.
